WHEN YOU NEED TO CALL A DOCTOR URGENTLY
The practice like other parts of the NHS is experiencing high patient demand. To improve access to appointments, all telephone triage appointments for the day are now booked in the morning. Appointments are released daily at 8am. Face to face appointments are only made if deemed clinically necessary following a telephone triage appointment.
We request please only call the reception in the early morning for telephone triage appointments. For results and other queries please call the surgery after 3pm.
If all appointments have gone, you can always call the hub daily on 02037701888
If you have an issues which is an emergency please call 111
Out of Hours
Night and weekend calls are dealt with by the PELC. You may be asked to go up to the primary care centre at 'King George's Hospital' when the Surgery is closed. Phoning the Surgery will put you directly through to the PELC. Please under no circumstances attend A&E except for Trauma. Call Hub on 0845 075 0497 or 020 3770 1888.
