If you have any concerns about the service that you have received from the practice, please put them in writing to the Practice Manager who will ensure that your complaint is fully investigated. We offer an informal, in-house procedure, which does not deal with matters of legal liability or compensation. Once your written complaint has been received, the Practice Manager will contact you directly to ensure that she fully understands you concerns.
