PRESCRIPTION ADVICE

Repeat Prescriptions can be request via our Book Online Prescriptions page. Alternatively prescription requests can be made in writing, and to avoid mistakes, the tear off computer slip should be used.

Please allow 1 working day for processing. Prescriptions can be collected during normal surgery hours. If you wish to have your prescription posted to you, please provide a stamped addressed envelope. It is practice policy, in order to avoid errors, that telephone requests will not be accepted.
